Eso es porque el solsticio de invierno está haciendo su magia. Hoy es un momento muy especial: la noche más larga del año y el día más breve en el hemisferio norte. En Asturias, el día durará casi 9 horas de luz, dejando una noche de poco más de 15 horas. Frente al Lago de Covadonga, esta estampa invernal se vuelve aún más sobrecogedora: la nieve cubre todo a tu alrededor y el paisaje parece un cuadro en el que el tiempo se ha detenido. Sentir cómo la oscuridad va cediendo paso apenas un minuto cada día invita a la reflexión. En estas fechas frías, en Asturias es habitual disfrutar de platos reconfortantes como la fabada, perfectos para amenizar los cortos días de invierno.
